·        Bad Beat Jackpot rules apply.

·        Once the bad beat jackpot is hit, all active tables in the poker room will pause gameplay for verification of qualified players for the bad beat jackpot room share.

·         The room share payout will be shared evenly to all players who are dealt in and playing in the poker room when the bad beat jackpot is hit.

·        The table which the bad beat jackpot is hit will not be awarded room share.

·        The Bad Beat Jackpot room share is applicable only to 25/50 SQUID and above games (25/50 No Limit Holdem is not included).

·        Only tables with 5 or more players and an active bad beat jackpot rake will be applicable for the bad beat jackpot room share.

·        The bad beat jackpot room share is solely funded by the poker room as a promotional activity.

o   Php 300,000 room share will be allotted during the time 6PM – 6AM

o   Php 400,000 room share will be allotted during the time 6:01AM – 5:59PM

·        In the instance no other table is active when the bad beat jackpot is hit, the right to room share will be forfeited

·        The maximum room share prize per person will be equal to the main bad beat jackpot table, 40% table share per person

o   Should there be any remainder in room share funds after payout, this will be retained for the next Bad Beat Jackpot room share promotion

o   All prize payouts for the room share will be rounded down to the nearest Php 100.00

·        All winners of the Bad Beat Jackpot room share are required to be Soul Poker Club members in order to get paid.

·        Any dispute or situation not covered by the official rules will be resolved by the Soul Poker Club management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and undisputable on all participants. In addition, the management reserves the right to void any entry, and/or to change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time subject to regulatory approval.
