All players must register to Soul Poker in order to be seated by a Floor person.
Floor person’s decisions are final and non-appealable.
Players shall not exhibit any profanity or obscenity at the playing area.
Players shall not curse at or touch casino staff.
Collusion is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent barring of a member.
There will be a maximum of 9 players at any table. One seat will be provided for HOST players and players from a broken table upon discretion of floor staff.
Bending, crumpling, or marking playing cards may result in expulsion from the poker area.
This is a non-smoking poker room which includes electronic cigarettes.
The management is not liable for unearned points if a player forgot to bring his membership card.
The management is not liable for any loss or damage of a player’s personal belongings.
Repeated poker etiquette violations may result to permanent barring of member.
Tables will be opened and closed at the discretion of the Supervisor.
The Casino reserves the right to make decisions in the spirit of fairness, and to strictly interpretate the rules.
In case of any dispute, the game shall be put on hold until it is resolved. If a miscount or wrong awarding of pot occurs, the said amount shall be set aside until the dispute is settled.
“ENGLISH ONLY POLICY” applies when the hand is in play including players not involved in the hand.
All verbal declarations are binding.
Betting actions without verbal declaration must be made in a single motion or gesture.
The right to dispute a hand ends when a new hand begins.
A player is always responsible for his own chips on the table.
Players must protect their hand at all times. If a dealer kills a hand by mistake, a player will have no redress and is not entitled to a refund. If a player initiated a bet or raise and has not been called, the uncalled amount will be returned to that player.
One Chip Rule: A single oversized chip placed into the pot will be considered a call if a player does not announce a raise.
Multiple Chip Betting: When facing a bet or blind, unless a raise is first declared, multiple same denomination chips is considered a call if removing one chip leaves less than the call amount.
Splashing the pot is not allowed.
Table stake rules apply in all games. Players may remove chips from the table to purchase “Table side” food, and drinks only.
Passing, pocketing and cashing out chips in play is prohibited. Lucky Chip Rule: One smallest denomination chip on the games.
Acting out of turn is binding, unless there is an intervening action.
Cards Speaks on all tabled hands.
Two cards must be opened and tabled to win the pot. In “All In” situations, players involved must open both hole cards.
It is the responsibility of players to make their intentions clear. The use of non-standard language and terms is discouraged as it may result in a ruling different from what the players intended.
It is a player’s responsibility to determine the correct amount of an opponent’s bet before calling, regardless of what is stated by the dealers or players.
Soft playing and chip dumping is not allowed.
Players shall not comment on active hands, disclose contents of live or folded hands, advise, criticize play at all times or read a hand that hasn’t been tabled.
A player who moves away from the blinds shall not receive a hand until the button has advanced so that he is at the same number of seats away from the blinds he was before the seat change, or the player may elect to post a big blind in his new seat.
Side and proposition bets are not allowed.
Asking to see a hand is a privilege granted at management’s discretion.
A player who mucks his hand face down at showdown without fully tabling is loses any rights to see a hand.
Players shall not intentionally expose a card or reveal it verbally in order to induce or inhibit action even last to act.
Pot splitting, except chopping the blinds, is strictly prohibited.
No one is allowed to play another player’s chips.
“Sit out rule” A 30 minute timer will be given to a player once they missed their 2nd hand. Player’s Chips will be pulled out after the given time expires. In a no missed blind game, 3 missed blind rule will apply.
Players from a broken table will be treated as a transferred player with the same blinds.
Substantial Action is defined as either: (a) Any two actions in turn with at least one of which must involve putting chips in the pot; or (b) Any combination of three actions in turn.
Minimum and maximum buy- ins must be followed at all times. It may only be changed under the floor person’s discretion.
One player to a hand policy applies.
Show one, show all policy applies.
Once a reasonable amount of time has passed, a player may request a clock. Upon the Floor Personnel approving the request, the player will be given 60 seconds to act (50 seconds plus a 10-second countdown). If a player has not acted on his hand by the time the countdown is over, the hand will be dead. If a player delay making decisions repeatedly, the casino has the right to make mandatory for this player to act within 20 seconds.
The house has the right to prohibit any two players from playing in the same game.
If a player cashes out at the table, they will only be allowed to play at the same table after one hour (Unless they return to the table with the same amount of money they originally cashed out, always according to the waiting list).
Running the board multiple times may only be allowed in 100/200 blinds and up.
Players moving away from the big blind shall post or wait for the big blind to be dealt in a hand.
Only one live straddle is allowed for 25/50 and 50/100 blinds
Players may not change tables without authorization from the Floor person.
Third Man Walking Rule- Any player who gets up from their seat in cash game after two other players are already away from the table. This player will have ten(10) minutes to return their seat or it will be forfeited if there is a waiting list for the game.
1. Phone reservation will hold for 30 minutes otherwise name will be rolled down or marked as an inactive player.
2. A player has been called 2x for seat open and with no response will be rolled down.
3. There will be 10 minutes of holding time to reserve an open seat (Otherwise the name will be rolled down or placed as inactive player).
4. Inactive players will not be prioritized.
5. The board person will assign seats for new players via balancing and will depend on the transfer list.
6. Transferring to another table will depend on the board person. Players can transfer if there is another player to replace him (Balancing applies).
7. In an event of a table conversion to another blinds all players must be agree otherwise the table will remain as is.
8. Private games will be at the discretion of the manager.
The management reserves the right to change, overrule or revise any of the above for fairness and integrity. Intentional and excessive violation of the House Rules may result to barring.
